An annual fee of $50 for registration and $150 Production Package Fee per dancer is due at the time of registration & is non-refundable. ($65 family registration)

*Tuition must be received by the 10th of each month to avoid a $10 late fee.

*Non-sufficient fund checks are subjected to a $40 fine.

*Tuition and All paid fees are non-refundable once classes have begun.

Tuition Commitment

Tuition is for 33 weeks of dance classes from September-May.  This will be separated into 9 equal payments starting on September 1 and the last being May 1. While some months may have more weeks and others not as many, the tuition will remain the same each month. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $10 will be added if not paid by the 10th. We understand that emergencies arise, if need be please contact us as soon as possible. Tuition is NOT prorated due to students' absences. If the student misses they are allowed to make up the class in another age-appropriate class. 

**There are no refunds for missed classes, makeup classes are strongly encouraged. **

Auto Pay

For your convenience, ETA offers a monthly automatic tuition withdrawal. You can set it up online on your account. Withdrawals will take place on the first of each month.

Absences

Students are invited to make up any missed classes in another class that is appropriate. Consult teaching staff for recommendations. Make-up classes can be taken up to 3 months after the absence, as long as the student is still enrolled. There are no refunds for missed classes, makeup classes are strongly encouraged.

Withdrawal Policy

30 Days' written notice is required before withdrawal, otherwise, your account will be charged accordingly. Accounts that are 3 months past due will be turned over for collections unless arrangements are made.

Class Enrollment/ Cancellations

On September 30th class enrollment will be reviewed. Classes that have less than 6 students may be closed or combined. If changes are made the new schedule will be released by October 1. If you enroll in a class after December 1st, there may be a chance you will not be able to participate in the end-of-year production. However, you may still enroll in the class.

Refund Policy

English Theatre Arts has a no refund policy. Tuition and all other fees for any season at English Theatre Arts, including Registration Fees, Costume payments, Competition fees, Intensives, Workshops, Master Class fees, etc., are non-refundable once paid.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, please check this website and/or our Facebook page. If we are closed, a make-up schedule will be developed (these classes are usually made up on Saturdays).
